Role Overview
As a Casual Sales Consultant at the iStore Garden Route in George, you will become an integral part of a team that connects people with the world’s most advanced consumer technology. Your main responsibility will be to help customers experience the power of Apple products by delivering hands-on demos, clear product education, and tailored purchasing recommendations. This role is ideal for someone looking for a highly flexible, part-time retail position without the commitment of full-time hours. Your shifts will be scheduled as needed, particularly during weekends, holidays, or busy sales periods.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively welcome and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

Provide hands-on demonstrations of iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories

Understand customer requirements and recommend personalised Apple product solutions

Maintain excellent knowledge of current Apple products, services, and promotions

Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and store-wide sales targets

Help maintain a clean, organised, and visually attractive store environment

Deliver an outstanding in-store experience that reflects Apple’s high standards of customer engagement

Ensure transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies
Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate (Senior Certificate) is essential

Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer service setting

A genuine passion for Apple products and consumer technology

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A customer-first mindset with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
