Role Overview

As a Casual Sales Consultant at the iStore Garden Route in George, you will become an integral part of a team that connects people with the world’s most advanced consumer technology. Your main responsibility will be to help customers experience the power of Apple products by delivering hands-on demos, clear product education, and tailored purchasing recommendations. This role is ideal for someone looking for a highly flexible, part-time retail position without the commitment of full-time hours. Your shifts will be scheduled as needed, particularly during weekends, holidays, or busy sales periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

• Provide hands-on demonstrations of iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories

• Understand customer requirements and recommend personalised Apple product solutions

• Maintain excellent knowledge of current Apple products, services, and promotions

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and store-wide sales targets

• Help maintain a clean, organised, and visually attractive store environment

• Deliver an outstanding in-store experience that reflects Apple’s high standards of customer engagement

• Ensure transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate (Senior Certificate) is essential

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer service setting

• A genuine passion for Apple products and consumer technology

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• A customer-first mindset with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
