Role Overview

Mango5 is hiring 10 dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join its growing Care Team as Customer Service Representatives. This opportunity involves providing top-tier service to a prominent fashion brand from Germany. If you have a flair for communication, a love for fashion, and a passion for helping others, this role offers an exciting entry into the global customer service space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of customer interactions through calls, emails, and returns

  • Deliver proactive customer support to enhance the overall shopping experience

  • Prevent order issues by reviewing new customer orders and ensuring quality support

  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism, turning dissatisfaction into loyalty

  • Provide timely and generous solutions that align with brand policies

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve services and products

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and meet performance targets

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve weekly call quotas and customer task targets

  • Maintain adherence to SOPs and ensure quality assurance compliance

  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction scores and brand loyalty

  • Demonstrate punctuality and excellent attendance records

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric (Grade 12) required

  • Fluency in English is essential

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or contact centre environment preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently

  • A team player with great interpersonal skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work USA-based rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts based on the USA time zone (Monday to Sunday)

  • Shift options include: 15:00 – 02:00 and 14:00 – 01:00 (subject to Daylight Savings Time)

Remuneration Package

  • Basic Salary: R12,000 per month

  • Shift Allowance: R500

  • Performance-Based Commission: Up to R3,000
