🧾 Role Overview

The Junior Clerk will play a vital role in supporting daily administrative functions and logistics operations at the Flotank site. ✅ Key Responsibilities

• Process and capture invoices accurately into the system

• Handle invoice administration and filing in a timely and systematic manner

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and assist in resolving billing-related queries

• Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining professional communication and follow-through

• Provide general administrative support to the Flotank site and broader logistics team

• Maintain excellent internal stakeholder relations by ensuring smooth communication and workflow

• Represent the VKB Group as an ambassador of its values and commitment to service excellence

📌 Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate with Accounting as a subject

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar clerical or administrative role

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office tools

• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans

• Excellent attention to detail and administration skills

• A clear criminal record
