The Junior Clerk will play a vital role in supporting daily administrative functions and logistics operations at the Flotank site. ✅ Key Responsibilities

Process and capture invoices accurately into the system

Handle invoice administration and filing in a timely and systematic manner

Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and assist in resolving billing-related queries

Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining professional communication and follow-through

Provide general administrative support to the Flotank site and broader logistics team

Maintain excellent internal stakeholder relations by ensuring smooth communication and workflow

Represent the VKB Group as an ambassador of its values and commitment to service excellence
📌 Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate with Accounting as a subject

0–2 years of experience in a similar clerical or administrative role

Valid driver’s license

Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office tools

Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans

Excellent attention to detail and administration skills

A clear criminal record
