Role Overview

As a French Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring top-notch service for inquiries, complaints, returns, and order management. You will play a key role in transforming customer interactions into satisfying experiences, all while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

✨ Customer Support

  • Manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels, addressing issues related to orders, returns, and complaints.

  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

🀝 Proactive Outreach

  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and provide timely support for any issues.

  • Assist with order design and processing to prevent issues from arising.

  • Work to prevent potential issues by reviewing new customer orders.
