Role Overview
As a French Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring top-notch service for inquiries, complaints, returns, and order management. You will play a key role in transforming customer interactions into satisfying experiences, all while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Customer Support

Manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels, addressing issues related to orders, returns, and complaints.

Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
🤝 Proactive Outreach

Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and provide timely support for any issues.

Assist with order design and processing to prevent issues from arising.

Qualifications and Requirements
Hard Skills:

Fluency in both French and English.

Working Hours

Remuneration Package

Basic Salary: Market-related.
