Role Overview
As a Waitron, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage services to customers, ensuring that all service standards are met. Your primary goal will be to create an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, professional, and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepared Work Area: Prepare mise-en-place and place settings before service. Set up and break down for functions as per event requirements. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of your work section.

• Service Execution: Take guest orders accurately and promptly. Serve food and beverages in line with service standards. Provide recommendations and upsell where applicable. Clear tables after guests have completed their meals. Perform cashiering duties when necessary.

• Customer Engagement: Greet guests with a friendly smile and create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle customer complaints, requests, and suggestions efficiently, escalating as necessary. Educate customers on current promotions and facility offerings.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Grade 12 or equivalent national qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a waiter.

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage products and service standards.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer requests effectively.
