Role Overview
The Administrator: Operations & Support will play a vital role in ensuring seamless administrative processes across Europcar’s compliance, operations, and support teams. Reporting directly to the National Manager: Operations and Support, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing complex administrative responsibilities under pressure. The role demands initiative, accuracy, and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across various reporting, system, and communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the National Manager: Operations & Support with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Generate and manage daily and monthly reports required by management, addressing any feedback gaps.

Compile accurate and timely submissions for overtime, walk-up commissions, and incentives for HR and Payroll.

Maintain and organize documentation for the Operations Support Office to ensure readiness for internal audits and business reviews.

Handle travel bookings, meeting coordination, and logistical arrangements for management.

Update and maintain current organograms for all operational regions, ensuring timely submissions to internal departments.

Process and manage authorisations for all Sage X3 procurement orders on behalf of management.

Support Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) administration across all regions.

Ensure systems such as Greenway, E-commerce platforms, and branch delivery/collection data are regularly updated and accurately maintained.

Manage and compile monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback using platforms such as Mediatech and Close the Loop.

Execute general administrative tasks and provide operational support as required by the broader compliance and support division.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Educational Requirement
-
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
-
A minimum of 5 years in an administrative capacity, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or operational environment.

Experience working in a similar industry or within national operational structures will be highly regarded.
Technical Skills and Systems Knowledge

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience with Sage X3/People, OnBase, Power BI, and vehicle tracking platforms is highly desirable.

A valid and unendorsed South African driver’s license.
