Role Overview

The Administration Clerk (Equipment) is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties that include internal liaison and ensuring accuracy in processes related to equipment. The role involves handling insurance claims, managing vehicle logs, capturing stock receipts, and maintaining vendor data, all while adhering to company procedures and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register Insurance Claims: Accurately process and register any insurance claims.

  • Generate Credit Note Reports: Generate credit note reports from the system as required.

  • Ensure Vehicle Log Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of company vehicle log sheets to maintain compliance.

  • Capture Warranty Claims: Capture credit notes against whole goods warranty claims.

  • Stock Management: Capture John Deere stock receipts on the system.

  • Vendor Data Management: Maintain and update vendor data in the master data system.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.

  • 3 years of administration experience, preferably in an equipment or similar administrative role.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Technical Competency: Ability to handle system data and reports accurately.
