Purpose of the Job

Rustenburg is seeking a dynamic HR Manager: Operations to lead and manage the Human Resources function, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices to support business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:
  • Degree/Diploma in HR or related field (NQF 6/7) (Essential)
  • Honours degree in HR-related field (Advantageous)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience (Essential)
  • 3-5 years of experience in shaft operations (Advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor business plans for operational units within Implats
• Provide strategic HR support to line management for business plan achievement
• Ensure workforce availability through effective labour planning
• Implement and audit HR best practices
• Maintain and improve employee relations within operations
• Develop and upskill employees based on operational needs
• Ensure compliance with transformation targets and relevant legislation
• Manage and implement the Talent function, including succession planning and performance management
