Key Responsibilities
✔ Shrink Wrapping – Ensure finished products are shrink-wrapped properly, with attention to detail.
✔ Oven Management – Maintain correct oven temperatures for proper shrink wrapping.
✔ Machine Maintenance – Ensure that the shrink wrap machine knife is in good condition, and perform scheduled greasing of machinery.
✔ Size Adjustments – Make necessary size changes for 330ml & 500ml lines.
✔ Quality Control – Ensure that cores are not damaged and rolls are in good condition before use.
✔ Cleanliness – Keep all equipment and surrounding areas clean and free from debris.
✔ Health & Safety Compliance – Follow company health and safety policies, including HACCP standards, ensuring safe work practices are followed at all times.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Grade 12
✔ Experience – 6 months of machine operating experience (preferred).
