Job Description
We are looking for a Clerk: Branch Administration to handle essential office duties and support branch operations. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties, including welcoming clients and handling inquiries.
- Typing and preparing documents.
- Record-keeping and data management.
- Operating the switchboard and managing calls professionally.
- Providing excellent client services.
- Data input and scanning of documents.
- General office duties to support daily operations.
- Handling petty cash efficiently.
Requirements
β Education & Experience:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 1-2 yearsβ experience in office administration (Advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Ability to communicate in English.
