Job Summary

Clover is seeking a Storeman B2 to manage the receipt, storage, and issuing of stock from the Production: Logistics Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in stock control to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantageous)
• Basic computer literacy
• Fluent in Business English
• Experience in stock control, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Stock Control & Inventory Management

• Ensure correct movement and allocation of stock within the warehouse
• Assist the Stock Controller with stock counts, container counts, and returns to suppliers
• Ensure stock rotation and optimal stock holding levels

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Complete requisitions for consumable items and maintain accurate records
• Ensure all paperwork for stock orders is completed and submitted to the capturing clerk after receiving
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

3. Security & Housekeeping

• Ensure warehouse security and stock safety
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the warehouse
