Job Summary
Clover is seeking a Storeman B2 to manage the receipt, storage, and issuing of stock from the Production: Logistics Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in stock control to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantageous)
- Basic computer literacy
- Fluent in Business English
- Experience in stock control, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Stock Control & Inventory Management
- Ensure correct movement and allocation of stock within the warehouse
- Assist the Stock Controller with stock counts, container counts, and returns to suppliers
- Ensure stock rotation and optimal stock holding levels
2. Documentation & Compliance
- Complete requisitions for consumable items and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all paperwork for stock orders is completed and submitted to the capturing clerk after receiving
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
3. Security & Housekeeping
- Ensure warehouse security and stock safety
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the warehouse
