The Role
As a Store Manager, you will:

• Lead a high-performing team of engaged product and brand ambassadors
• Empower your store management team to deliver a customer-first experience while driving business results
• Provide coaching to deliver Brand moments and ensure an elevated flagship experience
• Identify team development needs and motivate for improved performance and engagement
• Collaborate with Field VM and Merch partners to leverage customer and store insights for results-driven success
• Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and meet financial targets
• Lead initiatives for Cotton On Group Foundation, inspiring your team to make a life-changing impact globally

Who Are We Looking For?

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
• A drive to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to store success
• Previous experience in retail management is preferred
