The Role
As a Store Manager, you will:
- Lead a high-performing team of engaged product and brand ambassadors
- Empower your store management team to deliver a customer-first experience while driving business results
- Provide coaching to deliver Brand moments and ensure an elevated flagship experience
- Identify team development needs and motivate for improved performance and engagement
- Collaborate with Field VM and Merch partners to leverage customer and store insights for results-driven success
- Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and meet financial targets
- Lead initiatives for Cotton On Group Foundation, inspiring your team to make a life-changing impact globally

- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
