Job Overview
Lindsay Saker VW Bloemfontein is looking for a Sales Representative – New Vehicles to drive new vehicle sales, retain customers, and grow market share. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, target-driven professional with a passion for customer service and automotive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
✔️ Actively market and promote the Lindsay Saker brand and dealership.
✔️ Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with current customers.
✔️ Maximize sales opportunities to exceed unit sales and first gross profit targets.
✔️ Ensure a professional, trained, and organized approach to selling vehicles.
✔️ Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) and meet OEM dealership standards.
Strategic & Operational Tasks
✔️ Benchmark customer service levels against industry standards.
✔️ Work collaboratively to develop and execute sales strategies.
✔️ Utilize dealership systems to track sales performance and follow up on leads.
✔️ Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
✅ 3+ years of automotive sales experience (preferred) with a proven track record.
✅ Valid, unendorsed driver’s license.
✅ OEM Sales Certification (Advantageous).
✅ Proven CSI rating above national average (Preferred).
