Job Overview

The Electoral Commission is seeking 2 Interns for Financial Budgets and Compliance to assist in coordinating financial management activities within the organization. The Interns will report to the Senior Admin Officer: Budgets and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and monitoring of financial budgets and compliance activities within the organization.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and budget forecasts.
• Support the financial team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in financial audits and other related activities.
• Provide administrative assistance in financial documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• A degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• No prior work experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience.
• If you have a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
