Job Description

The Junior Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing internal administration tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the retail business unit. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple administrative responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

πŸ“‘ Administrative Support – Perform a range of administrative duties to support the retail store’s daily operations.
πŸ“¦ Stock Control & Claims Processing – Process stock claims and ensure proper documentation.
🧾 Goods Received Vouchers (GRV) & Invoice Processing – Issue GRVs for stock received and monitor any discrepancies.
πŸ” Risk Management – Ensure all administrative tasks minimize financial and operational risks to the company.
πŸ›’ Client Service & Relationship Management – Assist customers and ensure high service standards.
πŸ“Š Monitoring & Reporting – Generate reports and maintain accurate records of stock movements and invoices.
πŸ“‚ General Office Duties – Support additional administrative functions as required.

Minimum Requirements

βœ” Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF4 qualification
βœ” Experience in the agriculture or retail industry (preferred)
βœ” Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
βœ” Numerical accuracy & attention to detail
βœ” Clear criminal record
