Job Description

Auto Pedigree, a dynamic leader in the car retail sales industry, is looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join their team in Spartan. The successful candidate will report to the Call Centre Manager and will be responsible for assessing employees to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy, contributing to the continuous development and improvement of the call centre.


Position Overview

The role focuses on finding new and improved ways to evaluate and assess employee performance, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Brand Awareness & Profitability:
    • Increase brand awareness and company profits.
    • Creation and retention of customers to enhance company growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Risk Minimization:
    • Minimize risks and customer complaints through proactive quality control.
    • Ensure the best possible use of resources to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Education:
    • Senior Certificate (Matric).
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid South African ID.
    • Previous customer service experience.
    • Thorough knowledge of call centre operations.
    • Knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA) is an advantage.

    • Target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong team player and self-sufficient when working individually.
    • Knowledge of telephone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.
