Key Responsibilities
Query Resolution
- Enhance the customer experience by resolving queries promptly.
- Take inbound calls regarding sales, product queries, and complaints, assisting customers with their requests.
- Offer solutions aimed at retaining customers and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
Reporting
- Provide accurate feedback on issues arising from inbound calls, ensuring resolution within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist Team Leaders with various daily reports.
- Analyze data and report on trends and anomalies within business segments.
Escalations
- Liaise with service providers, networks, and third parties on escalated queries to ensure resolution within the agreed time frames.
Job Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 1-year customer care experience in an inbound call centre or customer care environment
- Skills:
- Great communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail in administration
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
