Location: Sandton
Secretarial/PA position required as soon as possible
Desired Qualification
Matric
PA Certificate will be advantageous
Relevant minimum 3 years’ experience
Must have own reliable transport
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and writing skills – English.
Applicants must be proficient in MS Office
Professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing is an absolute necessity.
Must be able to work independently.
Excellent interpretation and analytical skills.
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and under pressure.
Motivated, positive attitude and reliable.

Daily Duties
Acting as a first point of contact – dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Manager/Executive.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organising events and conferences.
Reminding the Manager/Executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports ,minutes taking, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Assist with quotations and liaising with suppliers.
Providing reports & upkeep of spreadsheets.
Kindly note this position is based in Rivonia, Sandton and successful candidate is required to start immediately.
