Job Overview
The Logistics Administration Internship offers a great opportunity for graduates interested in logistics and administrative functions. The intern will be trained in and assist with providing efficient and effective logistics support to the Electoral Commission’s clients and stakeholders. The position reports directly to the Senior Admin Officer: Logistics Supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of logistics services to enhance the Electoral Commission’s operations.
- Support administrative tasks related to logistics management.
- Help ensure the effective supply chain management and distribution of materials for electoral activities.
- Assist in tracking and organizing logistics data and providing reports.
- Participate in inventory management, ensuring efficient stock control and timely delivery of required materials.
- Support the team in handling logistics for events, meetings, and campaign materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good understanding of logistics processes and administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- If holding a foreign qualification, provide a SAQA evaluation certificate.
