Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer care and ensure positive interactions at all times

Keep shelves fully stocked and properly rotated to maintain freshness and availability

Check and maintain product quality, remove expired or damaged stock

Uphold visual merchandising standards and keep displays organized

Maintain the cold chain and record temperatures for perishables

Follow strict hygiene and housekeeping practices across floor and stockroom areas

Ensure accurate pricing and signage for all items

Operate retail equipment and maintain cleanliness as per standard operating procedures

Respond to customer queries in a friendly and helpful manner

Promote in-store deals and encourage customer engagement

Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate efficiently with supervisors
Qualifications and Experience
