Are you someone who can:
- Promotes diversity within the team
- Participates in planned activities that are appropriate for own and staff development
- Monitors and reports on relevant processes, ensuring a strong feedback loop that enables effective tactical and operational decision-making
- Manages Service Level Agreements and contracts with internal and external stakeholders according to the procurement policy
- Manages people performance in the area of responsibility
- Ensures customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
- Team leadership skills are vital to ensuring that the incumbent is able to effectively manage resource utilisation
- Responsible for assessing team outputs and trends in order to maximise collections and optimise staff development and business processes to improve quality of work and outputs
- The incumbent is required to find situation specific solutions in compliance with set policies and procedures
- Be required to coach and train others in line with performance management criteria
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Grade 12
- Debt Recovery qualification will be an advantage
- Must have at least 2-5 years Supervisory / Team Leader experience in collections (Late Stage) / Financial industry
- Must be knowledgeable of management processes
- Be able to work under pressure
