Introduction

We are seeking to employee a highly experienced Warehouse Manager with a very strong and matured personality, the Manger will be responsible for all operations in the warehouse, planning, distribution, liaising with customer nationally. The candidate should be familiar with all Wholesaler and Retail industry within the Tile and Hardware trade

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Warehouse operation resource management: Responsible for the preparation, allocation, and management of resources such as space, manpower, equipment, tools, etc. required for warehouse receipt, delivery, and storage;
  • Warehouse management: Responsible for monitoring the daily and monthly inventory status of the warehouse, monitoring the NG and damaged goods repackaging status, and ensuring the consistency of material cards;
  • Personnel management: Responsible for attendance management, overtime arrangement, salary review, and training management of formal and temporary employees;
  • Forklift oil monitoring management: responsible for daily oil audit and monitoring of all forklifts;
  • 6S management: responsible for monitoring 6S management in all areas of the warehouse;
  • Regular meeting management: Responsible for holding daily morning meetings and effectively conveying the management spirit and requirements;
  • Exception management: Responsible for timely reporting of warehouse issues;
  • Other affairs management: responsible for other arrangements

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • A minimum of 8 years of warehouse management experience;
  • At least 5 years of team management experience;
  • Strong administrative and inventory management experience
  • Management experience within the wholesale Tile, Hardware industry is essential
  • Degree in warehousing and logistics (or similar) is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office environment and standard office and warehouse equipment and systems is necessary
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, maintain focus on tasks and produce accurate work
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Must be able to pass criminal background checks and credit reference
  • Highest level of personal integrity is essential
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Have strong organisational, planning, management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and effectively work with a diverse team

Package & Remuneration

30000 to 35000.00 per month
