Your Role at Twizza:

As an HR Intern at Twizza, you’ll:

Optimize HR Processes: Assist in streamlining various HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyze & Innovate: Utilize data analysis techniques to inform HR strategies and decision-making, and propose innovative solutions to enhance HR practices and employee engagement.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR professionals and other departments to support organizational initiatives, contribute to a positive work culture, and ensure alignment of HR practices with company objectives.

Drive Impact: Play a pivotal role in fostering a conducive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and well-being, and ultimately contributing to the achievement of company goals through effective HR management.

Minimum requirements

 

  • Advanced diploma in Human Resource Management
