Duties and Responsibilities:

Draw investments and Risk quotes.
Preparing new business files for advisors – applications.
Submit new business and manage all related processes.
Manage existing business queries – and keep advisor and client updated.
Ensure all compliance documents are received and stored.
Perform general administration duties on all product lines offered to clients.
Liaise with product providers (call center agents, consultants and marketing support), clients and suppliers in the execution of your duties.
Assist in preparing for quarterly and annual compliance audits.

Requirements:

Good computer literacy.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Consultant in the Financial Planning Industry.
Experience in use of X-Plan or other industry related tools would be an advantage.
Matric.
Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS TEAMS).
