We are currently seeking to fill a Receptionist position which will be based in Bellville. The purpose of the Receptionist is to manage the image of the company via the telephone and the reception area as well as provide administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities
Operations and Service Delivery:
Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Inform the host of the visitor’s arrival.
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle queries as they arise in a professional manner, striving for a positive resolution.
Answer, transfer and execute switchboard calls correctly in a timeous and professional manner.
Providing an “ultimate” service experience to both internal and external customers.
Complete administration, as and when required.
Communication:
Responding to management request timeously and providing necessary action required.
Responsible to regularly keep management informed of pertinent issues.
General:
To maintain a high standard of morale and motivation through good communication skills.
May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility.

Qualifications
Minimum Matric;
Office Administration related qualifications/certificates advantageous;
Receptionist experience essential;
Switchboard management experience essential;
Proficient with MS Office and Outlook;
Experiene working in Excel highly advantageous;
General health and safety knowledge or experience advantageous.
