We are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join our team!
As a Client Liaison Officer, your role involves being the bridge between the company and its clients. You serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Your responsibilities include effective communication, problem-solving, collaboration with internal teams, and striving to meet targets. Overall, you play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
What you’ll do

- Act as the clients’ main contact person, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products or services
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that clients may encounter, working diligently to find effective solutions
- Keep clients informed about new products, services, and any changes within the company
- Gather and analyse client feedback to inform business decisions and strategies
- Work closely with internal teams (such as sales and marketing) to ensure clients receive excellent service
- Supply clients with relevant information and resources, such as brochures, price lists, and product samples
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact details and communication history
- Strive to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the industry and stay informed about clients’ needs
