PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Assistant Mgr Export Admin & Support

To support the administration, reporting and distributor support requirements of the Exports Division.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Support the coordination, preparation & approval of components pricing.
  • Support the coordination, preparation and approval of Service Parts, Supplementary pricing and project pricing requirement.
  • Support the coordination, preparation & approval of CPO pricing.
  • Support with the preparation and coordination of Interest on Working Capital Calculations
  • Support with the preparation and coordination of Freight Recon
  • Support the coordination, preparation and approval of Questionnaire provided via TMC.
  • Support the coordination, preparation and approval of Exports Trade Results to TMC

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • NQF5 (240 credits) diploma or degree in Finance/ Commerce / Marketing / Supply Chain / International trade will be a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum 2-4 years supply chain and or logistical experience, preferably in an export and or sales environment.
  • Understanding of the supply chain and exports environment (Inco-terms, supply & demand, etc.)
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Must be Computer Literate ( Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power-point)
  • Experience in dealing with customers (Internally and externally)
