Job Description:
As an Internal Recruiter at Adendorff, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company’s growth and success. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding the right people to join our team.Internal Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates; conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers; facilitate candidate assessments and evaluations.

Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as appropriate.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.

Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Traveling to different branches across South Africa from time to time to conduct interviews.
Requirements:
• Own Vehicle and Valid Driver’s licence.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the retail or related industry.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for finding and attracting top talent to support company growth and success.
