Q Square SPAR and TOPS based in Worcester is recruiting for an Administration Clerk.
Job description
The purpose of the Administration Supervisor of the Business Unit is to ensure the highest level of internal control and best use of the systems to manage profitability and to contribute to the general management of the store.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the fronts-end function.
- Manage Personnel Administration.
- Manage GRV office.
- Manage Debtors.
- Prepare Weekly Reports.
- Manage Store Documentation.
- Creditors.
- Manage Staff.
Minimum requirements
- A Matric Certificate or equivalent (Accounting and pure Mathematics advantageous).
- Ability to manage a team of people to achieve targets set.
- Able to communicate effectively with consumers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Able to solve a range of problems associated with managing a retail store.
- Able to input a variety of data using relevant software are an advanced level.
- Understanding of the relevant legislation.
- Display a high degree of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- FMCG experience is advantageous.
