Position Overview
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a professional Receptionist to serve as the front-of-house representative for clients. The successful candidate will manage guest interactions, oversee facility readiness, and ensure that all documented controls and workplace standards are implemented and maintained.
This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality or customer service background who thrives in a fast-paced front-office environment and enjoys delivering high-quality client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

Ensure high levels of customer service for clients and service providers.

Resolve complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.

Monitor daily facility operations and recommend improvements.
-
Report daily to the Senior Receptionist Supervisor.
Operational Management
-
Manage cleaning schedules and ensure the facility is ready for operations.
-
Coordinate events and ensure health and safety protocols (including COVID guidelines) are followed.

Implement and document workplace improvements.
-
Operate and monitor telecommunications systems.
-
Attend regular meetings and propose operational enhancements.
Reporting
-
Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Track complaints, compliments, attendance, and incidents.

Monitor telecommunications usage, stationery consumption, and other operational metrics.

Handle confidential incident reporting professionally.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
Grade 12 (Matric); tertiary qualification in Hospitality preferred.
Experience:
-
2–3 years in a front-of-house hospitality or customer service role.
-
Experience in reception, concierge, or soft services (cleaning, hygiene, security, indoor plants) is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to manage and supervise service delivery.
