Role: Digital Marketing and Implementation Specialist

Location: Centurion
Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively manage the implementation of digital marketing campaigns (Internal perspective):
Contribute to the strategic design thinking and input in brainstorming to plan various digital marketing campaigns, web developments and initiatives including the vetting of requirements.
Contribute to the planning and managing the end-to-end marketing campaign process, from concept to execution.
Implement the marketing of communication process of new or enhanced digital functionality and tools.
Manage all beta testing within the Consult community for user enhancements and feedback.
Assist all users (within Consult) in optimal use of all digital tools and online capabilities and drive change management and user adoption.
Testing of all new and enhanced digital development priors and during beta phase to identify and document issues for necessary amendments to be implemented.
Assist the Head of Marketing with ad hoc tasks.
Manage and contribute to both original and refreshes of content for digital adverts and landing pages.
Monitor and evaluate competitor offerings and material.
Assist with reporting and insights of digital campaigns.
Implement “always-on” digital campaigns and initiatives.
Engage with clients in a client centric manner (Client Services):
Collaborate with stakeholders to design project scope and objectives and ensure achievements of the same within required timeframe and monitor completion of all projects.
Provide training to all Consult user communities to use web service tools (including offline tools) and to further promote and drive user adoption. • Meet with partnering agencies and internal stakeholders on behalf of team.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver on service level agreements made with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
Make recommendations to improvement of client service within area of responsibility.
Participate and contribute to a culture which build rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
Contribute to financial controls and planning (Finance):
Contribute to the development of area specific budgets to minimize expenditure, in alignment with operational plans.
Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in related fields of Marketing.
Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in providing marketing support in a corporate environment and rolling out a broad range of marketing initiatives.
