KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Assistant Manager | TOYOTA

• KPI Creation, Management and Reporting

• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.
• Facilitate & encourage collaboration across departments to ensure success in all projects completion.
• Create presentations and reports to communicate project status.
• Develop method of change management inclusive of ownership of documentation library, process training and communication plans.
• Strong Project Planning Skills.
• Strong Data Analysis skills and Data interpretation.
• Must be able to work independently and able to problem solve.
• Must be able to manage multiple Projects.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Assistant Manager | TOYOTA

• NQF Level 5 (240 credits – level 8 framework) – Industrial Engineering / Data Engineering or similar
• Minimum 4 years working experience, working in a team and influencing others
• Strong Project Management skills & knowledge
• Data set up & Analytics knowledge (Data processing, Develop reports & analysis, Training End-Users)
• Microsoft Office and BIG Data Tools
• Microsoft Power BI reporting background.
