The main purpose of the position is to oversee supply chain management and to improve business development to improve customer service and satisfaction. This also include Project management of new projects for sales enhancement. Assistant Manager | TOYOTA
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Assistant Manager | TOYOTA
- KPI Creation, Management and Reporting
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.
- Facilitate & encourage collaboration across departments to ensure success in all projects completion.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status.
- Develop method of change management inclusive of ownership of documentation library, process training and communication plans.
- Strong Project Planning Skills.
- Strong Data Analysis skills and Data interpretation.
- Must be able to work independently and able to problem solve.
- Must be able to manage multiple Projects.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Assistant Manager | TOYOTA
- NQF Level 5 (240 credits – level 8 framework) – Industrial Engineering / Data Engineering or similar
- Minimum 4 years working experience, working in a team and influencing others
- Strong Project Management skills & knowledge
- Data set up & Analytics knowledge (Data processing, Develop reports & analysis, Training End-Users)
- Microsoft Office and BIG Data Tools
- Microsoft Power BI reporting background.
