Media24 Lifestyle division has an opportunity for a young, dynamic sales admin support internship in their Cape Town office. Commercial Sales Internship This is a 12-month internship, starting 1 February 2024. You should have a tertiary qualification, and ideally not more than 2 years relevant work experience. The intern will provide an efficient sales administration support service to the Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers. They will also liaise with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders and provide general support required by the team.
Key responsibilities: (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)
Assist to prepare client requests by gathering relevant information, compiling, and ensuring deadlines are met;
Offer sales support to Key Account Managers by assisting in compiling client proposals and following up on stock deliveries;
Liaise with customers and ensure customer requests are implemented; Commercial Sales Internship
Compile proposals, send out to customers, follow up telephonically , process and send off for invoicing and distribution;
Perform data processing and generate reports including weekly turnover reports stock reports for Key Account management;
Compile sales documentation for presentations when necessary in attractive and visual presentation style;Commercial Sales Internship
Liaise telephonically with customers regarding urgent orders or queries when Key Account Managers are not available;
Offer general administrative support to the team; and
Maintain a filing system of Sales documentation.
