Receptionist

TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL TELEPHONE MANNERS TO EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL CLIENTS.  

Receive all visitors to site professionally.  Organise meals for visitors.  Purchase coffees and teas etc.  Arrange venues and catering for visitors. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls that go through switchboard and almost all outgoing in order to control costs.  Control phone costs.  Assist on Adhoc basis by typing for different departments.  Improve housekeeping standards.  Manage kitchen cleanliness.  Ensure adhere to Waste Management Standards

Excellent time co-ordinating skills

 

High level of integrity and office protocol

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Grade 12 and Reception and Telephone etiquette courses
