LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

Graduate programme – started in 2012 with more than 130 graduates throughout the country going through the programme an absorption rate of 90% into related jobs

In-Service Trainee Programme – has been running for more than 15 years (from 2014) and has taken through over 300 candidates and still running. In partnership with Universities of Technology e.g. Cape Peninsula University of Technology

Apprenticeship Programme – started in 2018 where we develop qualified Artisans in industry specific trade.  Partnership with Northlink College.

Learnership Programmes – Seta programmes for unemployed youth from the community focusing on skills in artisan related trades, non-artisan technical skills and administrative skills.  Non-artisan technical skills are targeted at candidates with matric only and are skills into the technical departments.

Scholar Bursaries– for university students studying various disciplines.
