Description

TRADE TEST QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN / EAST LONDON – ONLY Trade Test Qualified applicants will be considered, with strong communications in English. Must have a Valid Code 08 Driver’s license and be willing to work overtime if and when required. Trade Certificate to be submitted with application.

Requirements:

Trade Test Qualified Electrician with strong mechanical skills

Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Strong Communication skills

Passionate, self-motivated and performance driven

Of sober habits

Valid Driver’s license

Wireman License will be advantageous

Key responsibilities:

Raising the bar of electrical standards

Ensuring upkeep of electrical documentation and drawings

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Diagnostics; repair and maintenance

Installation of Three phase and Single phase

Wiring and rewiring of new and existing industrial and commercial buildings

Electrical reticulation

Installation of Alternative power solutions ie: Generators, Solar installations etc.

Connection and Termination of distribution boards and kiosks

Identify potential problems or hazards

Ensure quality, safety work and timeous completion of tasks

Salary: Up to R20k (depending on qualifications and experience)
