The following criteria must be met by candidates applying for the above position:
Minimum of 10 years Butchery experience.
Minimum of 5 year Butchery Management experience
Successfully managed a team of 10-15 people.
Must be able to work as a team and also independently
Be able to achieve sales and gross profits.
Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising and customer service
Be able to develop and grow sales while controlling expenses.
Have basic computer skills excel, word, internet.
Have contactable references.
Must have a valid drivers licence.
Only candidates meeting the above criteria will be contacted. Need to have Butchery experience.
