Mango5 is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Campaign Manager to oversee and manage our Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and maximize sales performance. Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective campaign strategies aligned with short-term sales objectives and target audience needs.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute sales campaigns, including campaign setup, content creation, and distribution across various channels.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads, working closely with the sales team to ensure follow-up and conversion.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, sales revenue, and ROI, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams, creative teams, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with sales objectives.
- Content Development: Assist in creating compelling campaign content, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and advertisements.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have Matric, Credit & Criminal clear (RE5 advantageous)
- Experience: 1-3 minimum years of experience in marketing, sales, or campaign management. Experience in a short-term sales environment is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage and lead Team Leaders within a department.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, campaign management, lead generation, and sales funnels. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and campaign metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling campaign content and collaborate effectively with sales teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
- Computer literate (Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint)

Working Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8h00am – 17H00pm
- Tuesday 8H00am – 20H00pm
- Friday 8h00am – 3h30pm
- Saturday 8h30am – 13h00pm (once a month)
