Job Description

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Manager who will collaborate to create growth for our Clients, Customers and our Business. Someone who has the ability to proactively influence and manage relationships and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and in-store execution.

As a Field Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing promotional activity
  • Achieving POP objectives
  • Effectively and efficiently achieve targets
  • Control expenses
  • Implementing highly effective business insights and execution
  • Managing stakeholder engagement
  • Monitoring new innovations
  • Effectively managing people
  • Driving effective teamwork and self-management
  • Drive pro-active operational excellence
Job Requirements

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level
  • Relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
  • Code 8 Driver’s license
  • Sales management skills
