Job Description
To coordinate the activities of the Dealz & FMCG business and provide assistance to the management team in the daily running of the office
Job Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? General management of office
? Coordination of team member schedules
? Organising and coordinating Dealz events/ FMCG events
? Office reception
? General Administration (ordering stationery, filing, etc.)
? Compilation of reports and correspondence
? Planning and organising meetings
? Local and international travelling (forex & visa) and accommodation arrangements (Dealz\FMCG) ? Operational support to the Dealz stores.
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
? Grade 12
? Secretarial Certificate / Diploma or relevant qualification.
? Computer Literacy: Google suite an advantage, MS Office.
? Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a secretary
? Proficient in English
? Experience with international travel arrangements
? Competencies required: Problem-solving; decision making; planning, organising and control; attention to detail, service orientation; stress tolerance; communication, building and maintaining relationships, friendly and positive.
