Responsibilities • Management of cleaners, contractors and general workers • Repairs & maintenance • Purchasing (cleaning material etc.) • Interaction with residents, visitors etc. • Additional tasks as allocated. Requirements / experience • 5 years’ experience in similar position • Computer literate (Microsoft Office) will be an advantage • Must be able to communicate and work with elderly • Knowledge of basic repairs and maintenance • Own transport essential • Afrikaans / English Candidates must have the following: • Technical ability • Hardworking and honest • Reliable • Good health • Interpersonal skills Salary will be discussed at interview.
