Admin position available in the heart of Midrand.
Candidate to start a week after training. Well established Pre-owned vehicle dealership is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to grow within business.
Requirements
– Valid Driver’s License
– Previous experience in the admin role, Automotive experience will be advantageous
– Computer Literate
– Written and Communication skills
– Work well under pressure
– Must be able to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays
– Trustworthy and Honest
– Responsible and Accountable
– Friendly mannerisms
– Preferably based in Midrand
Duties
– Invoicing cars upon sales
– Assisting managers with tasks
– Managing and overlooking stock list, must be up-to-date at all
times
– Registrations and Licensing
– Compiling compliance files and ensuring that business files are
up-to-date
– Manage office, in terms of office supplies
– Front facing and assisting customers where need be with requirements they may have
– Loading Finance applications
– Receptionist duties, e.g. manning the phone
– Maintain relationships with suppliers
