Purpose of the Role — Administration Clerk Management Support

The Administration Clerk: Management Support Services renders Supply Chain Management functions, provides Finance and office management services, renders Human Resource management support, manages training and performance activities, and maintains records management at the relevant KwaZulu-Natal Labour Centre — supporting the efficient internal operation of the Labour Centre in compliance with all applicable government policies, regulations, and legislation.


Key Responsibilities – Administration Clerk Government Jobs KZN

Supply Chain Management

  • Render Supply Chain Management functions at the Labour Centre in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, and Departmental procurement policies
  • Process procurement requests, obtain quotations, and manage the acquisition of goods and services within the Labour Centre’s delegated authority
  • Maintain accurate SCM records and documentation — ensuring audit readiness at all times

Finance & Office Management

  • Provide Finance and office management services to the Labour Centre
  • Process financial transactions, manage petty cash, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping

Human Resource Management
