A Doctors room in Lenmed Randfontein Private Hospital requires a medical receptionist and administrator.
The desired candidate should boast the following skills:
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Punctual
Have time management and record keeping skills
Compassionate
Discrete
Friendly and polite
Qualifications and Experience:
Have minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role
Matric certificate
A diploma or certificate in either business administration or similar would be an advantage
Experience in using Vericlaim is a plus.
ICD 10 Coding experience
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software suites
Must have a vehicle & a valid drivers’ license
Telephonic skills
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming of patients and visitors
Operating phone lines (make and receive calls)
Creating patient files
Management of appointments
Patient billings
Statement runs
Reporting to Medical Room Manager
Admin and filing
Liaising with other medical departments
Remuneration:
Salary will be discussed in the interview
