Seeking a highly experienced , professional office administrator/ Office All rounder, who possess the following attributes:
Carry out day to day general office operational tasks such as answering phone calls, maintain clean office environment, manual filing, electronic filing
Must possess tender administration skills, monitoring of new tenders, identifying suitable tenders
Must be able to do tender preparation, compilation, arranging of timeous tender submissions and following up on awarding of tenders submitted
Should possess Project administration skills, filing documentation for project related work
Able to capture information in appropriate databases , in a manageable and retrievable manner
Should be able to maintain current documentation, create new, evaluate current content & develop innovative approaches for improvement
Ability to meet administrative requirements in the office, generate quotations , invoicing, prepare statements, reconcile client accounts and supplier accounts
Ability to schedule meetings, ensure management well preparedness for meetings & take minutes during meetings
Advanced computer skills, in MS Office and relevant computer packages
Must be well organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive documents
Possession of driver’s licence is an added advantage
Preferably candidates who reside in Centurion/ Pretoria
